Article marketing is a fantastic way to gain search engine rankings and traffic to your site. By submitting to the large article directories, such as Ezine Articles and GoArticles, you will receive backlinks to your site from these high page rank directories. This kind of exposure is extremely important.
But League Park hasn’t been completely forgotten. On April 24, the Cleveland Blues (the city’s vintage baseball cards team) and the League Park Society are celebrating the 100th anniversary of this storied ballpark with a vintage baseball cards doubleheader and tours of the grounds.
Not all cards or players cards will make you money, but taking care of your cards is something you can control. I personally put my rookie cards and buing baseball cards Trilby worth money cards into top loaders or page protectors as soon as I pull them out of the pack. Because I do this, I have gotten lots of mint cards that I bank on later. Every year I go and open up my binders and see which rookie cards I got and I find star rookies in my collection that I am surprised I have.
Believe it or not, the average house has $1,000 worth of unused stuff in it. That means you could probably earn $1,000 by selling on eBay the stuff in your house that you don’t use. Maybe it’s an old lamp. Or maybe you have an old baseball card folder or dolls.

Another thing that may change is the card’s lasting value. Some cards, because of an error or a player having an exceptional season, are initially valuable. But, if the market gets saturated with the error card or the player has a bad season, the value can fall just as quickly. Take the recent baseball steroids scandal for example. Although it has not been proven they used steroids, just the mention of Sammy Sosa and Mark McGuire’s names has lowered the value of both their rookie cards substantially.
It’s a lot like that scene at the end of the movie “Trading Places” when Dan Ackroyd and Eddie Murphy are trading futures on frozen concentrate orange juice. When everyone wants to sell, it becomes frenzy…with no end in sight. With little or no stability in prices.
