What Happens After You Sell to Apex Gold Silver Coin
Here is what happens once you decide to sell, so there are no surprises at the counter.
You get paid on the spot
- Once you accept the offer, you are paid right then.
- We pay in cash, unless the amount is very large. Then we work out the payment method together with you.
ID
Receipts
You get a receipt for your sale that shows what you sold and what you were paid. Keep it for your records.
Taxes and reporting
- Some bullion sales may require IRS reporting, such as Form 1099-B, under IRS rules. Whether it applies depends on what you sell and how much. Check the current rules at irs.gov.
- Any gain on a sale may be taxable. We can’t give tax advice, so please consult a tax professional about your situation.
